Mor Diao founded MDS Construction Management, LLC in 2016. Mor is a seasoned construction professional with 15 years of experience in project management of design, construction and management of civil, infrastructure, transportation, and commercial projects, Project Controls and CPM scheduling. As a former Project Controls Manager, he has led and managed teams of schedulers, estimators, and construction managers to help clients deliver projects under budget, ahead of schedule and without compromising on quality. Mor has served numerous agencies in the Tri State area totaling more than a billion dollars. He has experience in the claims management and negotiation dispute resolutions.

Mor holds an M.S. in Construction Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering formerly known as NYU Polytechnic of Engineering. He is a registered Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Additionally, Mor is an adjunct professor at Pace University and currently teaching Construction Project Management and Construction Scheduling and Controls.
