- NYCEDC – Park Ave / 125 Street Public Realm – The project scope of work includes removing existing pavement, demolishing, regrading, and adding cast-in-place color concrete pavement. Remove, replace and repair sidewalks pavement, perform hand excavation, pavement saw-cutting, trench drains, catch basins, new handicap walkway ramps, add new light fixtures, outlets, and provide new conduit run within 125 St Public Realm Plaza. Also, new road pavement striping shall be performed at 124 St, 125 St & 126 St. on both sides of the Roadway on Park Ave.
- Rehabilitation of the Westchester Ave Bridge Over the Hutchison River Parkway- NYCDOT PIN X77256. This 61 months project consists of reconstruction of the Westchester Ave Bridge over the Hutchinson River Parkway. The project is to be constructed in 5 Stages. Stage 1-Westchester Ave EB 2 lanes deck & steel removal, new steel installation, utility relocations and new deck placement. Stage 2-Westchester Ave WB 2 lanes deck & steel removal, new steel installation, utility relocations and new deck placement. Stage 3A-Westchester Ave EB median lane deck & steel removal, new steel installation, utility relocations and new deck placement. Stage 3B-Westchester Ave WB median lane deck & steel removal, new steel installation, utility relocations and new deck placement. Stage 4A- reconstruct Westchester Ave EB intersections & approaches. Stage 4B- reconstruct Westchester Ave WB intersections & approaches. Stage 5- Repair abutments & pier and complete electrical work. Construction Cost $44M
- NYCDOT – St George Ferry Terminal – Rehabilitation of Ramp Structures, Staten Island, NY. This design-build project encompassed the reconstruction of eight vehicular ramps consisting of 73 spans and a pedestrian bridge above the railroad station as well as terminal buildings and a parking area – Construction Cost $175M
- NYSDOT – NY Route 110 between Prime Avenue and Young’s Hill Road, Huntington-Long Island. Scope of work included route 110 drainage and road improvements for approximately 1.5 miles of existing road. Drainage improvements include the installation of a large culvert under Creek Road, the replacement of existing tide gates, the relocation of a sewer line, the construction of a filtration pond and cleaning of the existing creek. Highway improvements include the construction of two roundabouts, the construction of continuous left-turn lane and the replacement of existing curb and sidewalk. Construction Cost $18M
- NYSDOT – General Maintenance of 56 Bridges, Rockland and Orange Counties. The scope of work included the general maintenance of 51 bridges and one bridge rehabilitation (#56): joint replacement and repair, bearing replacement and structural steel repair, painting, wearing surface replacement, pedestal and pier columns repairs, concrete repair, site work and environmental protection repair. Construction Cost $13M
